About
The Vibe
Football Factory at Legends is not just a soccer bar. It is a three-floor cathedral to the sport, sitting directly across from the Empire State Building at 6 West 33rd Street. Step inside and you are immediately surrounded by the largest collection of football memorabilia in the United States, nearly 100 pieces spanning World Cup jerseys, signed balls, team photos, and an entire floor dedicated to U.S. Soccer history. The collection started with a single 2010 Red Bulls jersey signed by Thierry Henry and has grown into something approaching a proper museum, free for anyone to browse.
The Setup
Twenty-plus big-screen TVs are spread across three floors, and on any given week the bar shows over 100 live matches from leagues around the world. The coverage is genuinely comprehensive: Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, MLS, top South American leagues, and every single UEFA Champions League and Europa League match. You will not find a match they are not showing. Sound is always on for the marquee fixture, and staff will work with you on audio for secondary screens if you ask.
Match Day Experience
This is the home base for more than 30 NYC supporter clubs, from Chelsea and Red Bulls to the American Outlaws. On big match days, each floor can feel like a different country. Walk upstairs and you might be among Liverpool supporters in full voice. Head downstairs and it is Arsenal territory. The atmosphere during derby matches and Champions League knockouts is genuinely electric, with the kind of noise level that makes it hard to hold a conversation. For weekend Premier League matches, the bar opens early and fills fast.
Food and Drink
More than 30 beers on tap, with a solid mix of European drafts and domestic options. The food menu leans toward elevated pub fare. Prices reflect the Midtown Manhattan location, but you are paying for the experience and the atmosphere as much as anything else. During peak hours and major fixtures, service can slow down simply because the bar gets packed wall to wall.
Who Goes There
The crowd is remarkably international. Expats from every corner of the football world, tourists in town who want to catch their team's match, American supporters club members wearing their colors, and locals who have made this their weekend ritual. The 30-plus official supporter groups give the bar a tribal energy that casual sports bars simply cannot replicate. If your club plays in a major league, there is probably an organized group here watching.
Insider Tips
For big Premier League matches and Champions League nights, arrive at least 45 minutes before kickoff or expect standing room only. The third floor tends to be slightly less packed and has the U.S. Soccer memorabilia. If you want a specific match with audio, ask early. The location is ideal for transit since it is a short walk from Penn Station, Herald Square, and multiple subway lines. Reservations are not typically taken for match viewings, so early arrival is your best bet.
